Hello! I’m a Ph.D. student in Biostatistics at Harvard and graduated with a B.S. in Statistics and Data Science from Cal Poly SLO.

  • I research interesting problems in genomics using unsupervised learning, multi-study and ensemble learning, deep learning, and Bayesian modeling and computation.
  • I develop publicly available software for every project to encourage the reproducibility and usability of my work.
  • I am passionate about the creation and accessibility of educational resources for statistics and data science.
  • I have just started a blog called “Learning The Curve” where I will post tutorial-style content for methods I’m interested in.
